The Noosa Jazz Festival is one of the most prestigious events on the Sunshine Coast’s busy musical calendar and showcases the very best of the local Jazz, progressive and alternative pop scene over four days of non-stop live music.
This August’s event will mark the 21st year of the festival, which has grown to become one of the biggest gatherings of Jazz lovers in the whole of Australia. Attendees can once again look forward to a superb lineup that features musicians and bands from both ends of the jazz spectrum, from traditional ragtime right through to contemporary funk and blues.
To complement the music, there are a number of events planned to show off Noosa’s most loved beauty spots and the region’s vibrant dining scene, including the Jazz in the Woods concert, daily jazz cruises on the magnificent Noosa River and the popular Tastings on Hastings, which transforms stylish Hastings Street into one big pop-up alfresco restaurant.
