Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 2 pm

Check-out is before 10 am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

A security bond is required in case of any damage to the apartment. 

You will be asked for your credit card details. If you do not have a credit card, a cash deposit is required.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes. If you plan to arrive after 5 pm, let us know and we will explain the arrangements for you to find your apartment and for you to collect your key.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

If possible,a late check-out can be arranged the night before departure.  An hourly fee will be charged. 

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

On our receipt of a booking. 

A deposit of $100 low season and $200 high season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) is required on receipt of booking.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Saturday 9:30am - 3:30pm

Sunday, by arrangement.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes.  At reception you can book your tickets for any theme park or tour.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

There is WiFi access supplied by Myport for a small charge.

Q: What facilities do you have?

There is a heated pool, a spa and a garden barbeque area.

The staff at reception can book all tours and organise your rental car.

Q: Is there car parking available?

There is undercover parking provided for each apartment. Additional vehicles and trailers can be parked on Peregian Esplanade in front of the resort.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all linen is provided at Peregian Court - all you need to bring are your beach towels and sunscreen.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

For a stay of 10 nights or more the apartment will be cleaned and the linen changed mid-stay.

Q: Is the pool heated?

Peregian Court's outdoor pool is heated all year round to maintain a temperature of 28 Celsius.

Location FAQ's

General information about our location.

Q: How close is Noosa & Coolum Beach?

Coolum Beach is a short 5km drive from our apartments and Noosa Heads is just over 10km away.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

Yes.  Peregian Village with a range of shops is 2 km away. 

There is a supermarket at Peregian Springs, a 5 minute drive away.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is a bus stop outside the resort.  Buses go north to Noosa or south to Coolum and Maroochydore every half hour.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

The Peregian Village,  Aussie World, Tours to Fraser Island, Australia Zoo, Eumundi Markets, Noosa Main Beach, not to mention near by walking & cycling tracks.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

The nearest supermarket is Coles, five kilometres away at Peregian Springs. There is an IGA supermarket and a Woolworths supermarket in Coolum.
