Free Holiday Buses
According to the Sunshine Coast Council, “All Sunshine Coast buses will be free from December 26, 2013 until January 5, 2014. The Sunshine Coast Council, in partnership with Translink, is providing free public transport for everyone on the Sunshine Coast. Funded by the Public Transport Levy, the free holiday buses make it easier to get around the city and explore the wonderful Sunshine Coast attractions.

A new bus network for the Sunshine Coast
In late November 2013, TransLink will be rolling out a new Sunshine Coast bus network. Of the 27 existing Sunbus services, 25 will be changing. The new timetables are now available on TransLink's website.
Please note that these new timetables won't take effect until the new bus network is introduced, which is anticipated for 25 November 2013.

Whale Watching - finished for 2013
The Whale Watching season has finished for another year. It has been very successful with whale numbers and sightings continuing to increase. Hopefully Whale Watching season next year will prove to be just as exciting.
