Who says you can’t have fun and join a good cause as well? Island Time – The Party With a Purpose is a fundraising event staged to assist disabled children. So party on and help support this awesome charity.
This annual event is organised by Island Time Fundraising Events Inc. The show is themed around the music of Jimmy Buffett and The Coral Reefer Band. Since it began in 2001, it has grown to become the biggest Jimmy Buffett event held in Australia attracting ParrotHeads from across the nation and overseas.
Now on its 13th year, Island Time – Party With a Purpose will be held on Saturday 8th November 2014 at Kawana Community Centre – Nanyima St, Buddina. Island Time 2014 will be hosted by the talented Jamie Dunn & Agro. Enjoy live music by Australia’s premier Jimmy Buffett tribute band, Montserrat, and supported by Darren Coggan, Darlin’ & The Midnight Delights.
Tickets are now on sale at only $50 each. Bookings essential. This is a BYO drinks event. Enjoy sumptuous food including Shrimp with Honey Mango Sauce, Chicken Laksa Coconut Cream with Seasonal Vegetables, Beer Battered Flathead Tails & Fries with Tartare Sauce, and Cheeseburgers & Fries at affordable prices.
