Enjoy a breather from the sun and surf and head into the cool of the rainforest at Noosa National Park, just a short drive from our Peregian Beach accommodation.

The 4000 hectare park encompasses some of the most spectacular areas of natural beauty on the Sunshine Coast, taking in areas of wild wallum heath land, lush green rainforest and several pristine, isolated beaches. If your stay with us coincides with annual whale watching season, you should head to Hells Gates or Dolphin Point for a chance to see the magnificent mammals breaching in the surf.

You’ll find a selection of hiking tracks to explore along the coast and across the heath. Look out for rare wildflowers during winter and spring, swamp orchids in the summer and koalas and glossy black cockatoos nesting in the trees year round. Pack a picnic and make a day of it!
